What we collect

When you send the quote form, we receive what you type: your name, phone number, email (if you give it), your neighborhood or street, the service you want and any message. We also note the page you sent it from and the time.

How we use it

Only to reply to your request, give you a quote and schedule the work. Requests go to Luxcian's dad by email and are kept in a private list. We do not send text messages from this form. If you text us first, we may text you back.

Online booking

The "Book a free look" button opens Calendly, a scheduling service. What you enter there is handled by Calendly under its own privacy policy and is shared with Luxcian's dad so he can confirm the visit.

Free tools

The gutter check quiz, the leaf pickup helper and the gutter reminder run only in your browser. Your answers are not saved or sent to us. The reminder creates a calendar file on your own device. The leaf pickup helper links to official city and town websites, which have their own policies.

Who sees it

Luxcian's dad, who runs the phone, email and bookings for this business. We use a few service providers to receive and store form messages (an automation service and email) and to take bookings (Calendly). We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it for advertising.

Cookies

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. Calendly may set its own cookies if you open the booking page.

To see, correct or delete what you sent us, email [email protected] or call (704) 254-2413.

Children

This site is for homeowners. It is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new date.
